  • Guidance and advice regarding Aircraft Prepurchase Inspections, Acquisitions & Sales; Aircraft Charter, Management, and Service Agreements; Aircraft Financing; Aircraft Fractional Ownership; Aircraft Leasing; Federal Income/Excise Tax; State Sales & Use Tax; Property Tax; Aircraft Registration; and Aircraft Ownership and Operational structures.
